Siblings of previously enrolled and currently enrolled children do receive priority in class placement. Children of Alumni also receive priority class placement.
The State of California mandates a teacher/ child ratio of 1 teacher for every 12 children. (101216.3) Our four (4) classes have 24 children supervised by 3 qualified teachers for a ratio of 1:8. When participating parents are included, we offer a 1:3 ratio, far above State requirements.
Children should come with a backpack containing a full change of seasonally appropriate clothing. Please label the outside of the backpack with your child’s name. Toys should stay at home as they may become lost or picked up and misplaced by other children.
Yes, Roseville Community Preschool serves snacks free of peanuts, including those processed in a facility that also processes peanuts.
The State of California requires children to have the following immunizations prior to entering childcare:
DTAP: Four Doses
Polio: Three doses
Hepatitis B: Three doses
Measles, Mumps and Rubella: One dose after first birthday
Hemophilus Influenza type B: One dose after first birthday
Varicella (chicken pox): One dose
